If you experience a genuine technical issue - a broken download link, a corrupted file, or you were charged but never received your resource - contact us at hello@para-learn.com first, and we'll sort it directly. Most issues are resolved within the same day.
If a physical product (such as a printed booklet) arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to the item being returned where applicable.
