We aim to process and dispatch all physical product orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Digital products (PDFs, guides, and templates) are available for instant download after purchase. Digital downloads are also emailed directly to you :)
Due to the nature of our products, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed but should you encounter any issues with a digital product contact us first so we can assist. For physical items, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we'll be happy to help arrange a replacement or refund subject to T&Cs.
